On Friday Suella met with the Fareham Community Hospital Taskforce to discuss plans on improving health services in the Fareham area. This is following the announcement from the chancellor Rishi Sunak that the NHS will get whatever it needs in the face of the Coronavirus outbreak.
People living and working across Fareham will benefit from last week’s Budget as the Conservatives deliver on the promises made to the British people, investing in infrastructure, the NHS and public services across the region.
Suella has recently met with the Portchester traders to put into place plans on how she and the organisation could work together to improve the precinct. The meeting was convened as a response to concerns from the traders and Suella about reduced footfall in the precinct.
Suella has welcomed the announcement that Hampshire will receive a £55,275 funding increase to equip 67 more police officers with Tasers this year, ensuring they have the resources they need to tackle crime and keep our streets safe.
On Tuesday 3rd March the MP for Fareham Suella Braverman met with the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Transport Baroness Vere to discuss the upgrade of junction 10 on the M27. Also present at the meeting were Councillors Seán Woodward and Rob Humby.
