I hold regular 'Meet Your MP' events and the next event will be held at The Talisman pub in Park Gate this May 2018.
The event is open to everyone who wants to have their say about a particular government policy, a local issue or simply to share ideas that I can pass on for you.
Several constituents have been in contact with me about problems with their broadband. I have met with representatives of telecommunications companies to discuss their plans for the Fareham area and raised concerns about the ongoing problems in parts of the constituency.
All too often we hear about the problems that can accompany the ageing process, including loneliness and isolation. In my opinion too little is being done to tackle these issues.
You may be interested to know that I will be holding a Christmas Carol service on the evening of Friday 8th December at 6 pm within the beautiful setting of St Mary's Church in Warsash.
This public meeting will be an opportunity for residents to put their concerns regarding health and social care directly to senior staff of the various organisations responsible. It is open to residents throughout Fareham constituency who would like to find out more.
I hold monthly surgeries for constituents to talk to me about specific casework, such as tax, pension or school admission problems. Due to high demand for assistance with issues such as this, I am not able to discuss policy issues at surgeries.
